[kde-linux] How to add applications to panel

Drag'n'drop the application from kmenu to the desktop. Then unlock the 
plasmoids and activate the controlbar-settings (klick the uttermost right 
symbol). Now drag the icon-plasmoid from the desktop to the controlbar and 
you're done.
