[kde-linux] kgpg says no gnupg agent is runing whereas there is one

Hi,

Maybe the agent is not running when the check is made, but is started 
afterwards so that you can see it in the running processes list.

Are you logging in locally? I had a similar issue when launching KDE via a 
remote ssh tunneled X session.
