[kde-linux] pdf icons in Konqueror

Of course <bangs head> - so do mine on the hard disk.  It's the files on a CD 
that won't display, as, of course, is true of .jpg files etc..  Looks as 
though I'm stuck, unless I copy them to hard drive.  That's probably the best 
solution.
