[kde-linux] Numlock at session start ?

Thanks. Anyway to make such settings work so that when I'm using an
external keyboard with my laptop, NumLock is ON by default - but OFF
when I'm using the laptop keyboard WITHOUT an external keyboard? Laptop
keyboards and NumLock are not friends!
