[kde-linux] Block function keys

Yes, it's possible, but only globaly. Goto the KDE hot key config 
screen, you will notice that the keys that you want are a asigned to 
somethin else: either remove or change the key to another one.

IE: I chager Alt-F2 to Shift-F2 ...
