[kde-linux] Show menu title in main panel

Hi to all.

I'm new here and I am a newbie in kde. I customized kde main menu adding 
system menu, settings menu and multimedia menu on the panel in addintion 
to K menù. I see only icons on the panel but I would like to see _text_ 
and not icons or icons with _text_ (on the panel).

Right or left click on the panel don't help as well as Google :)

Can anyone tell me, please, how can I solve this problem and if it is 
possible?
