[kde-linux] KMail Folder Properties

I have a few folders that I want to use a different account when I send 
out replies.  This used to work fine.  I'm currently using KMail 1.9.5 
and when I change the folder properties to specify the account used for 
replying to e-mails in that folder, it doesn't change.

Is there a work around for this?  It seems like several features in 
KMail have stopped working over the past year or two.
