Hmm - maybe my version is crippled.  rpm -qi tells me

Plugins for some KDE applications: kdeaddons extends the functionality
of Konqueror, noatun (media player), kate (text editor), kicker (some applets)
and knewstiker.

At least I know now that I  need a different version :-)
