But not the color. And that's what I wanted to change.
Anyway, meanwhile I found the solution of my problem:

        Appearance & Themes --> Desktop --> Advanced Options
              --> Background Icon Text --> Text color

So far, I thought that only Microsoft is able to hide features and
options so perfectly. But the KDE developers were not lazy...
