[kde-linux] KDM and localization

Hello All!
 
What about localization suppot in KDM?
I've found configuration parameter "Language" and set it to "ru_RU.KOI8-R", i.e.
Language=ru_RU.KOI8-R
Then I've restarted KDM. No effect :(
 
What is wrong?

P.S.
ru_RU.KOI8-R is my default russian locale.
It works fine with other programms.

I've also tried the following locales:
ru_RU.KOI8-R
ru_RU
ru
de_DE
 
No effect again :(
