Well, not regarding your proble, but as a general hint:
replying to a thread that is over one month old and in this thread to a mail 
that is already at depth level 8 is not helping the visibility of your 
posting.

People use filtering to suppress threads they are not interested in or no 
longer interested in and since your question isn't related to the thread, 
you'll reach a broader audience by sending a new message instead of a reply
