[kde-linux] Accident loses sound

Ah, here it is:

~/.kde/share/config/knotifyrc

In the past, I've found this can spontaneously corrupt.  To fix it, change:

[StartProgress]
Arts Init=false
KNotify Init=true
Use Arts=false

to

[StartProgress]
Arts Init=true
KNotify Init=true
Use Arts=true
