[kde-linux] Problem with arts

Hello Jacek,
just don't use arts. It's old. Buggy. Never really maintained after KDE 3.0.
If you want sounds in KDE, go to Control Center -> Sound & Multimedia ->
System Notifications -> Player Settings -> Use an external player -> [Choose
your favorite all-formats-player]
