[kde-linux] Kmenu problem

I am running kde under FC5.
I recently updated kdeadmin.i386 ( which had side affect of updating kdelibs
and kdebase).

Now the kmenu/system menu is missing the 'add/remove software' entry.

I tried running kbuildsycoca but no help.

Can someone tell me the name of the 'add/remove software' application and
how I can run/restore it and add it back to kmenu?

yum is working OK.
