[kde-linux] Konqueror launches clicked executables from what path?

I'm not sure, but a better solution is to write a .desktop file describing how 
to launch the application. This should be placed under ~/.kde/share/applnk/ 
to be added to the menu, or on your Desktop. Look 
under /usr/share/applications/ or /usr/share/applnk/ (paths for Debian, may 
be different for FC) for examples, or use the 'Create New'->'Link to 
Application...' option on the context menu. Another option is to use 
kmenuedit. Either way, you should be able to set the work path.
