[kde-linux] Konq throbber icon missing

There's apparently a bug in kdeclassic that it doesn't properly inherit
from hicolor.

Quick-n-dirty fix that I found to work, add
Inherits=hicolor
to
/usr/share/icons/kdeclassic/index.theme
