[kde-linux] konsole - window title

When opening a konsole with a 'Shell' session, the window title is set 
to user at pc <path> <title>

I would like to set the window title to just <title>. It bugs me to hell 
but I'll be damned if I can find how to set the title. ;-)

Also, I don't want the window title to change dynamically.

How can this be achieved?
