I've upgraded Mandriva 2006 to KDE 3.5. There's no Configure Panel->Appearance (tab or icon) to disable both the "Icon-mouseover effects" and "Toolbars" It's missing! Is there a configuration file I can edit in order to disable them, please? Many thanks Keith
