[kde-linux] KDE Menu Edit does not launch

Just curious...is your panel config still fully functional or does it 
only display the taskbar in the panel config
options dialogue? I upgraded from 3.4 to 3.5.1 and lost the menu editor 
AND panel config options.
Got them fixed but I'll have to "look up" the fix if you need it. I 
saved it somewhere.
