[kde-linux] Lost panel config and kmenu submenus

 Thanks Rex. 
 I found a similar fix in the FAQ but it said to mv the 
 ~/.config/menus/Iforgetwhichfile.desktop and run kbuildsycoca which didn't work. 
 This one worked great. Everything----back to normal.

undo customized menus: rename/remove ~/.config
run
