[kde-linux] KDE not able to detect translucency

Hi all,

I have Gentoo, X 6.8.2, and I have enabled composite in xorg.conf,
still KDE says in Control Center -> Desktop -> Window Behavior ->
Translucency that I do have have enabled composite extension.
How is KDE detecting this and how can I check what's wrong?
