[kde-linux] filepicker configuration

Looking at http://mrmazda.no-ip.com/SS/Filepicker-kde354.png I see what
amounts to a recent dirs list, and a recent files list, but not a
favorite dirs list. It seems like the left side houses what might be
considered a favorite dirs list, but I don't see any way to add or
remove items from it. How is that done?
