[kde-linux] kde dual-head support sucks!!!

I'm using a dual-head system (no Xinerama) and kde support for this
configuration really sucks! it has so many problems that makes no
sense to post them all in one message.

My question is: whom should I report these errors? I've posted two or
three messages in bugs.kde.org but haven't got any reply. I'm willing
to help as much as possible but I don't know who is the right person
to contact.
