[kde-linux] Change font color on taskbar?

Yes I have a clue.  You can't change the color of text in the taskbar 
separately.  I am not certain how it is set.  The code has provision to 
choose the color of the shadow based on the color of the text, but I 
can't see that there is any way to set the color of the text.
