[kde-linux] Change font color on taskbar?

I've got a dark background and am using a semi-transparent taskbar
background (just because it looks really cool :-).  The taskbar item
titles are still rendered in black text, however, which makes them hard
to read.  I've search throughout the kcontrol panel and right-clicked
everything in sight, but can't find a place to set that font color.

Anyone have a clue?  Thanks.
