[kde-linux] kde header files

Trying to install oooqs by rpm to integrate with kde but get this error:

checking for KDE... configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!

Using version 3.2.2 on Mandriva10.2

Any suggestions ? I done one search for " install kde header files " but 
obviously I'm attacking this the wrong way.
