[kde-linux] KDE <packages|documentation>

Debian 3.1 r1 installed the KDE 3.3.2 packages that it considers to be the
default-packages.

And everything that I have tried works well.

However, I appear to have documentation that describes non-installed
packages (e.g. KTimemon) and packages with no documentation (e.g. Runaway
Process Catcher and the KSysGuard applet).

What else needs to be installed to have matching KDE packages and
documentation?
