[kde-linux] Where are the encoders?

I have noticed that when I place an audio CD in the drive and browse audiocd:/
KDE will be able to extract the tracks and automatically save them in several
formats: mp3, wav, flac, ogg, CDA. This is all very nice, but I am not happy
with the default bitrate it uses for MP3 encoding. What encoders/programs
does KDE use and how can I configure KDE so that it always encodes my audio
tracks in 320 kbps?

Thank you.
