[kde-linux] GPG key problems

I'm seeing a lot of these lately:

Message was signed with unknown key 0xF0A55B60B195AEF7.
The validity of the signature cannot be verified.
Status: No public key to verify the signature

It seems that for some reason kmail is no longer pulling in new keys.  Any
suggestions for things to check?
