I don't use Fedora, so I can't tell you where to get what you need, but I 
think you are missing some codecs.  All I can say is that it comes up on 
my screen as an mp3.shoutcast stream, and opens and plays in Totem.  Do 
you know where to get codecs packages for Fedora?  If not, try a Fedora 
list for help.
