Settings > Configure KMail > Identities > Modify > Advanced

I went through a period of instability a few months back, and considered 
changing, but nothing seems to be as able and configurable as kmail.  I'd 
hate to leave it.

Someone else will have to help you there, I'm afraid.  I don't have 
experience of that.  However, looking at Contacts > Address Books > Add 
there is the option of Addressbook on an Exchange Server.  HTH
