[kde-linux] cover-sheet not wanted while printing

Well, have you checked the cups printer configuration to see if cover sheets 
are enabled?  You can check this by going to http://localhost:631/, drill 
into your printer list, choose 'modify printer' and see if the starting 
banner is on there.

If it's not there, I guess the printing setup within KDE could be configured 
to do a cover page (although I don't know for sure).  You'd have to 
investigate this by going to the printer part of control center I believe to 
ferret it out.

Lexmark E330

Printing Emails from KMail or printing from any other KDE-application I 
always receive a coversheet. In Lexmark-printer-utilities I unchecked the 
Option of coversheet, but without success.

Staroffice does not send covers.

How can I cancel cover-sheets?
