[kde-linux] KMail Directories

SuSE 9.3

Until the other day when, for some unknown reason, my keyboard quit responding 
I had been running KDE 3.5 beta 1 and then beta 2 with the directory 
~/.kdetest.

Is there an easy way to transfer the emails that are stored in ~/detest to 
~/.kde as I have reverted to using KDE 3.4.2?
