[kde-linux] Strange Problem with 3.5 beta 1 and beta 2

I have been running the 3.5 betas (buildt on my SuSE 9.3 system with 
konstruct) without any problems, until today that is.

With no warning, or indication of problems, nether of the beta versions is 
reading the keyboard.  The mouse is still active and the distribution KDE 3.4 
is functional.
