[kde-linux] Kmail won't remember passwords

I've set up my e-mail and newsgroup accounts, made sure I checked the remember 
password, and K-mail is still asking me for the password everytime it checks 
my mail.

I've tried digging around in .mail and .kde/share/apps/kmail but don't seem to 
be able to put a finger on the problem.
