[kde-linux] Two questions

Hi,
two questions:

1st) Using "vi" editor with konsole, on upper bar of konsole appears:
"file_name path - VIM - Konsole"
This sometime renders slow open the file.
How is possible disable this?

2sn) I've chanched the icons of Kaffeine in all the
launchers(menu,bar,desktop), but when i open keffeine in the kicker there is
every the hold icon.
