[kde-linux] KMail and Address Book Question

SuSE v9.3

I have just upgraded KDE from 3.4.0 to 3.4.2.

All went well, but I have one minor problem.  The new implimentation of KMail 
and the associated address book no longer show all of my mail boxes and 
addresses.  Where are they and how do I import them.
