[kde-linux] Documentation about K menu (files *.menu, *.desktop and *.directory)

Is there any site or document where I can have the
directives from files used by Kmenu to create a new
menu entry (*.menu, *.directory and *.desktop)
explaned?

I trying to create a new entry, but I still have some
problems.
