I just installed kmplayer and the kmplayer plugin packages (Xandros 
unofficial) and Konqueror no longer plays anything from the BBC URL posted 
yesterday.  It was working before I did this.  The moral of the story seems 
to be "if it isn't broken, don't fix it".   ;)
