[kde-linux] konqueror plugin to automate language translation ?

Does anybody know of a konqueror plugin or extension that can 
automatically redirect a non-english language (Japanese in this case) 
webpage and put it through a translater like the IBM Websphere 
translator, which returns a translated webpage ? I have the Babelfish 
plugin activated but nothing happens.
