[kde-linux] Any way to restart mouse services in KDE?

Note that this is an X problem, not a KDE problem.

I would guess that the same solution for accidentally uunplugging the 
mouse would work.  Switch to a Console and back <Ctrl>+<Alt>+<F1> then 
<Ctrl>+<Alt>+<F7> if you are using the first X session.
