[kde-linux] Switch Proxy applet

Hi,

I'm looking for some applet for changing between proxies for KDE 3.4 
(something like SwitchProxy for firefox or more likely Proxy applet for Gnome 
- http://dag.wieers.com/home-made/gnome-applets/  )

I need to change setting for whole system - I frekvently change sites and need 
it as simple as possible. I also hibernate my NB so starting scripts are out 
of game. 

Any idea is welcomed
