Hi there,

KDE would like to invite the latam community of users and contributors
to submit proposals for talks and short-courses to be presented at
Latinoware 2011, 19th-21st October in Foz do Iguaçu (Paraná-Brazil).

By now we have room for five talks about the most exciting KDE topics.
Short-courses submissions (4h-6h) are also expected, but their
acceptance depends on available room in the event.

Topics of interest include (but not limited to): solid technical
experience in KDE technologies, current scenario and future trends,
opportunities and roadmap for contribution, KDE massive deployments
and KDE on mobile devices and heterogeneous environments. Undesirable
topics: KDE distributions, local groups and individual projects, and
specific advanced aspects not meant for the general audience.

Proposals should be included at:

http://br.kde.org/Latinoware_2011

in accordance to the available templates. A program committee will
evaluate proposals and will select the more interesting ones for
presentation in Latinoware 2011.

Deadline for submission: 9th September 2011

Looking forward for outstanding submissions and hoping see you all soon,

Sandro Andrade
