[KDE-Viê.t] Release of KOffice 1.5.2

Hi dear Translation teams for deliverables,

we plan to release KOffice 1.5.2 on Friday 14 July. First a very big sorry for 
the short timeframe! It was not that easy for us to cordinate the release 
since our follower Release-dude took an outtime and therefore we - as in 
Martin Ellis and myself - try to get the latest stable out this time.

It would be great if the translation of the release-notes + the accouncements 
could be done in shape. Well, if not - what we really would understand - it's 
not that big problem.
