KDE-Tamil Tamil translations for Mankala Engine

KDE Tamil Translation Team,

As a part of my Season of KDE 2026, I have made Tamil translations for
Mankala Engine and thus created a .po file for the same. I was guided to
write an email for the next steps in uploading my files.
I shall be very grateful if you could guide me to the next steps of how I
can update this file to KDE.
