KDE-Tamil Tamil translation of "kate-editor-org" website.

As I mentioned in my earlier email on the 27th of April, please send the po 
files for Tamil directly to me (the Tamil language coordinator), and not to the 
entire mailing list. The procedure is the same for Tamil translations of all 
KDE applications/websites.

I will contact you separately after reviewing your attached file.
