[Kde-l10n-kn] Kannada in KDE 4.5 SC

Yeah, right! Since we have sufficient time till KDE SC 4.5 tag day, we
should complete more strings. Also this time we should concentrate on
improving the quality as well.

Currently, Vasudev Kamath, Ashok Kumar and my self working on the
translations, If any one would like join hands, please let me know.
