[Kde-l10n-kn] About mailing latest translated files

Snehitare,
Some people have just reported the progress and not sent the files. Please
remember to send in your files once you have translated at least 50% of a
file. We need to now commit the files to kde so that people can see the
progress. That will help us in taking other necessary actions. Please
remember, by 17th, we need to update all the files so that we will be
included in the 3rd beta at least.
