[Kde-l10n-kn] New KDE 4 release schedule

Here is the latest on the kde 4 release schedule.

The deadlines have moved ahead. BUT, the deadline for Beta3 is the same,
September 25th. We will stick to the earlier deadline of September 17th, so
that we get people to test drive our translations before we go to release
candidates. However, in whatever time we will be left with in the middle
(after September 17th), people who are interested may continue translating
various apps, based on a prioritized list, which we will draw up by the time
we close in on September 17th. I hope we will meet the minimum requirements
by then at least.
