Need some help getting started

Hey Hungarian team,

I'd like to translate the endof10 site to Hungarian. I see it hasn't been started yet, but I haven't worked on any KDE translation projects before.
I tried to see if I can open the project in Lokalize, but after reading up on the workflow that's definitely not the right way of going about this. At the moment I'm at a bit of a loss, so I'd love to know some pointers on how to get started, and on how to contribute the result. I'm a dev, so I'm confident that I can navigate the process, but brand new to the KDE translation workflow.
